Our Story
More Than a Club. A Family.
Arizona Select Fastpitch was founded in 2026 with a single mission: develop elite softball players who compete at the highest levels while building character, discipline, and lifelong friendships.
What has started as a single 12U team will grow into one of Arizona's most respected travel softball organizations, fielding up to 10 competitive teams across age divisions from 10U through 18U.
Over the past 12 years, our coaching staff has sent more than 100 players to college programs across the country, earned 30+ tournament championships, and built a reputation for developing not just great athletes — but great people. Now we are doing it under a new organization called Arizona Select Fastpitch!
What We Stand For
Our Core Values
Compete to Win
We train hard, prepare thoroughly, and step onto every field with the intention of winning. Excellence is the standard.
Team First
Individual stats don't win championships — teams do. We build cohesive units where every player has a role and every role matters.
Character Counts
How you carry yourself on and off the field defines you. We hold our players to a high standard of sportsmanship and integrity.
Player Development
Every rep, every practice, every game is an opportunity to get better. We invest in the long-term growth of every athlete in our program.
